DISCOVER WHAT THEY ARE NOW SAYING ABOUT ‘HOW TO BREAK 80’ Part 2

Welcome to the second part of finding out what they are now saying on the web about the golf instruction guide, ‘How to Break 80 and Shoot Like the Pros’ from the author Jack Moorehouse.

You will uncover what other reviewing websites have to say and what numerical ratings they give this popular break 80 in golf e-book.

Using these results and others we will be a step further in uncovering the answer: Has ‘How to Break 80 and Shoot Like the Pros’ flopped or stood the test of time?

3. What do others have to say about his product?

Hours of searching the web found hundreds, if not thousands, of sites recommending or reviewing ‘How to Break 80’.

The responses and reviews were still positive.

–Many mentioned that the e-book had a great format and that it was easy to read. Also, Jack Moorehouse has a natural talent for communicating complex knowledge with ease.

–They said it had all the learning elements covered—read and learn, see and learn, listen and learn; this golfer’s guide is informative and entertaining and should be a must-read for any golfer wanting to improve their game.

–They felt that there were many benefits for both experienced golfers and newcomers to the game; it is one of the most popular e-books on the market today.

–Others thought this guide really excelled at teaching great short game play and that it is a rock solid e-book full of golf tips to really help improve your game.

A few of the reviews had other suggestions about ‘How to Break 80’:

–Some thought that videos should be included or that there should be more updates. One reviewer preferred the style and content of other golf books. Yet others said it was a useful addition to what’s already out there.

But, I honestly think the review that sums it up beautifully is this: “The lessons, valuable tips, and foundations of this program will not work until—you guessed it—you practice them!!”

4. Were there any numbers to back up these reviews?

This time I was able to find many more sites that had numerical ratings for ‘How to Break 80’.

Here are the ratings I found: 8, 8, 10, 9.8, 10, 9, 6, 10, 10, and 9.25. These new scores average to a 9. That is an increase from the average of 8.58 two and a half years ago.

These ratings were gleaned from sites that rated quality of materials, functionality, adaptability, format and ease of use, effectiveness, updates, price, bonuses, and guarantees.

There are some people that this program was not for. Whatever the reason–whether it is teaching technique, content, and/or price–that’s the reality of life!
But, it looks like the majority is pleased and still standing behind what ‘How to Break 80’ has to offer.

Has ‘How to Break 80’ Stood the Test of Time? Part 1

How to Break 80 Review #2

DISCOVER WHAT THEY ARE NOW SAYING ABOUT ‘HOW TO BREAK 80’

The first review I wrote about ‘How to Break 80 and Shoot Like the Pros’ was over two years ago. Now, that can be a long time in the internet world and so I am wondering if this golf instruction guide written by Jack Moorehouse is still as popular as it was then.

I spent many days searching the internet to see how the up-to-date answers compared to the results in the first article that I wrote titled ‘How to Break 80 Review–What Are Others Saying About How to Break 80?’

You will see that I took the same basic questions asked in the How to Break 80 Review #1, listed them first, and then reported the information that I discovered.

So, let’s see what the results are and what the verdict is:
Has ‘How to Break 80 and Shoot Like the Pros’ stood the test of time?

1. Is he still helping hundreds of people? Is this really your personal guide to lower scores? Is this really a complete guide to shooting your best scores ever, whatever your handicap?

Well, it looks like over the last couple of years, Jack has continued helping lower golf scores and has now helped “over 100,000 golfers all over the world play better regardless of their skill.”

On his website, there are testimonials from people from all walks of life, from all age groups, from varied handicaps, and from all over the world.

It would appear that the techniques in the ‘How to Break 80 Program’ are still working for many who want to improve their golf game. If a golfer wants to break 80, 90, or 100 it does not matter, as long as he or she wants lower scores. Now, let’s not be naive, there is not a program in the world that makes everyone happy, but it looks like there are a multitude of happy campers here.

2. If you are a golfer, ‘How to Break 80’ sounds good, doesn’t it! But…do his promises come from a credible place? Is he only blowing his own horn or do others agree?

I rechecked the web to see if Mr. Moorehouse was still as visible a presence as before. I found that he is continually adding golf articles to the article directories. On Ezinearticles.com alone, he now has 250 articles about all aspects of the game and is considered a Platinum Quality Author. This constant visibility equates to being very good for players–he continues to give free access to credible tips and golf information galore.

His free newsletter is still an excellent publication; I receive it regularly. In it he provides top rate golf information and answers questions that the real players have, not just something he pulls out of the air. It goes out to thousands of golfers spanning seven continents.

Other than his ‘How to Break 80 Program’, he has expanded to add the accelerated golf program membership called the ‘Fast Track Program’.

Jack Moorehouse now offers special lessons through his video series. These videos cover different aspects of the game: from improving you distance, drawing and slicing the ball, to precision putting.

So, even though he is a not golf pro, but rather an ordinary working man like the rest of us, he continues to maintain his love for the game and his commitment to helping others achieve their goals. It looks like he has captured the attention of thousands of golfers worldwide.

Is Golf Putting Instruction Important?

Golf Putting Instruction–Is Putting Instruction Important? Part 1

The question, “Is Golf Putting Instruction Important?”, can easily be answered with a little arithmetic and a few truths, don’t you think?
Putting is half the game. On a standard par 72 golf course, thirty-six strokes are allowed to get the ball from tee to green, and the other thirty-six strokes are for putts. Fact is, that little two or three-foot shot you make with the putter counts just as much as that 200 or 250 yard shot you are hoping to make on your drive. No matter how well you are able to strike the ball with all your other clubs, until you roll that little ball into the hole, you don’t have a score, do you?

Check out what Jack Moorehouse, the author of ‘How To Break 80’, has to say about the importance of putting instruction. Click on picture below.

How To Break 80 Putting DVD

Keep tuned for Part 2 on the Importance of Golf Putting Instruction.

Until then, did you know–
A “gimme” can best be defined as an agreement between two golfers, neither of whom can putt very well. ~Author Unknown

Here’s wishing you fewer putts and a lower score! Happy Golfing!

“Is Golf Putting Instruction Important?” Part 2

And, as a golfer you are not only looking for a score, but a better score each and every time you make that fabulous trip to your haven—the golf course. To achieve that better score you have to roll that ball in the hole sooner and shave off strokes– right?

One of the best ways to do that is to make some birdies.

Now, don’t worry and don’t get uptight at the mention of that word–birdie! The truth is, whatever handicap you have, you can still accomplish those birdies.

Let’s examine those opportunities for birdies and how to put more of them on your score card!

There are three ways to make a birdie:

First, you can birdie the par 5s by hitting the ball so far that you reach the green in two strokes and then use two putts.
Second, you can lay your approach shot .–or your tee shot on the par threes- so close to the pin that the putt is a mere formality.
Or, you can learn to sink those middle-distance and long putts and take one stroke on the green instead of the regulation two.

So, which do you think might work the best for you?

Hint: From Harvey Penick’s Little Red Book: “So, if you want to drop five shots off your game in a hurry, leave your long clubs in your bag and head for the GREEN.”

*************************************************************************
“Is Golf Putting Instruction Important?” Part 3

If you can reach the par 5’s in two, fantastic for you, but you still need to know how to putt. Let’s be honest, usually the average player can’t reach a par 5 green in less than three strokes. So, if you are going to birdie you must either make a great approach shot so the putt is a mere formality, or if your approach is not so great, you need to drain that first putt.
Oh, oh, did you see that word putt above, three times!

On the par 4s, if you are lucky enough to reach the green in two, that is absolutely fabulous. To make a birdie, you need to hole that first putt. If you are approaching the green with your third shot, then only a hole in will give you a birdie, but a chip and a good putt will save you par.
There is that ‘p’ word again!

On the par 3s, the average golfer is often going to miss the green entirely on the tee shot. Again, to make a birdie you have to hole your approach shot or if you make the green, you need that magic one putt. Oh, no, there is that putt word again!

Well, in all the scenarios, the word putt seems to be reoccurring. We all have the ability to learn to sink those middle-distance and long putts. We all have the opportunity to learn to take one stroke on the green instead of the regulation two!

So, let’s ask the question again. Which way of making birdies do you think might work the best for you?

You are right–the third is by far the most productive and for us non-pro players, really a chance to drop those shots and get to a lower handicap.

In eighteen glorious holes there are eighteen glorious opportunities to drop the ball into the hole with your first putt.

So, if you want to shave some strokes off your score and make more birdies, work on your putting!

So, “Is Golf Putting Instruction Important”?
